Enterprise and shokaku undamageable!

ok as i said i would work on the enterprise on taking no damge.

it still takes damage but it has a healer pretty much instant heal of 600 health so even if it does go to sink its reheal to full health instantly, also i worked on the ships not being able to move not that hard rly


Unmovable ships

in the ots.con (objectsspawnte mplate.con) you will find this for the air ship spawns

ObjectTemplate.create ObjectSpawner carrierSpawner
ObjectTemplate .setObjectTemp late 2 enterprise
ObjectTemplate .setObjectTemp late 1 shokaku
ObjectTemplate .SpawnDelay 300
ObjectTemplate .SpawnDelayAtS tart 0
ObjectTemplate .TimeToLive 120
ObjectTemplate .Distance 200
ObjectTemplate .teamOnVehicle 3


looks somthing like that, to hold it in place add this to bottom of if

ObjectTemplate.holdObject 1
ObjectTemplate .CreatNotInGri d 1


thats stops it from being moved by another ship or object (you get what i mean) but if a player gets inside and drives the ship the hold object is cancled out so to stop this add this to the ost.con

ObjectTemplate.Active Enterprise_Eng ine
ObjectTemplate .SetAccelerati on 0/0/0

ObjectTemplate .Active Enterprise_Sho kaku
ObjectTemplate .SetAccelerati on 0/0/0


that stop the ship from being moved but they still can get into driver seat but if they try to drive they go no were and it doesn't cancle out the holdobject

Basicly the holdobject only works if its in is original possition unmoved so making the accleration to 0 it disable the engine meaning it can't be moved

Heal 600 health instantly (almost instantly)

Ok what this does it uses the air supply depo on the ship to heal the ship, what ive done ive added the air ships to the list of vheicles to heal, this goes in ots.con

ObjectTemplate .workOnVehicle s 1
ObjectTemplate .workOnSoldier s 0


and for the Shokaku replace the Enterprise word with Shokaku.

Only Thing possible to destroy it


you know your modded B17 that could destroy it but it would reheal instantly going from sink to back to normal.
Oh yh and forgot to say its all ssm!

It would be "most" advisable to PM CP with this info... Modded servers are really the only thing that keep players coming back to BF42 (the game is what, 7 years old now) and I would really prefer Modding info isn't in the forums for any "Tom, Dick or Harry" to have and maybe start their own server.

Again, "I prefer", but wont stop or remove it from being posted.

And CP... I offered to give you info (un-movable ships) months ago, but it seemed you could care less, maybe I had to be a un-member of this clan for you take the info I was offering or post it so the world could see. Oh well, you have your fixes/helper now. Nope not mad, your modder.

ok loaded ill pm him now on of anything wrong with server ectra from now on. highly doubtful that theres anything as its not as if there is any thing to go wrong it was only the ships due to the fact that they have walls to stop them being damaged, wich reminds me still to fixed as 3 - 4 mafia members including the cp saw yesterday on coral sea XD
