I did this once before.
Get one of those HUGE trash barrels that you put ur garbage in.  Empty it and fill it to the top with water.  Lean it against the entry door and ring the door bell.  When they open the door the barrel will fall in towards the house along with 20 gallons of water. Haha.

i was thinking about getting kite string and putting it all over their yard, like just putting sticks and then weaving it in and out fo like everything cars included so when they wanted to get out they would have to get through all that.

Get a huge barrel of birdseed and dump it out all over their yard. The birds will stick around their house for days while they eat the food and then shit all over the house/yard/cars/etc.

Cheese cubes on the roof's always a good one. When it gets hot, the cheese melts into the shingles, gets stuck, and smells like... well... rotten cheese...

Seran wrapping their car's is pretty funny. Just take a roll of seran wrap and keep wrapping it around their entire car. After the third wrap, it sticks really well and will be hard to get off. Takes them forever to get in and doesn't leave any permanent damage so they can't take you to court.

2 things to avoid:

1. Spending as much time on the prank as they'll have to cleaning it.  Therefore, don't fork the yard, and don't do the string idea.
2. Outpranking them so severely that you or the girls risk being pranked back.

If they park a car in the garage, put a huge obstruction outside the garage door, like a park bench.  When they pull out, bonk!  I must emphasize that there's an extra bonus to this idea.  The parents will most likely be the victims.  And they'll blame it not on you, but on their child for starting the feud!  Whoop There It Is!!

The only thing I can think of is mow your yard, get the grass clippings, and then just add that to Phantom's idea about the water.
