Title: Avatars and sigs

Some of you may notice that your avatar and sig is not showing up, if you used the upload feature in the forum for your avatar or sig please reupload it or ask phantom for his copy of it.

There was some file errors that needed to be fixed from the upgrade and it was unavoidable for the files that where lost I am sorry but bugs are fixed as they are found.
