As a condition of Clark's supervised release, Clark was not to "commit another federal, state, or local crime." Id. at 10, 31. Some kid that lives near me (age 12) got a Police uniform and actually patrolled around for 7 hours with other Cops before they realized he wasn't a Cop. The kid got some serious shit for it.
