The custom map entitled MAFIA_MAYHEM is back up!
It's on the *MAFIA* BF 1.61 server
If you do not have the map, you may download it at http://www.mafiafreeservices.com/
If MFS is not working, please wait one minute and try again...it's been lagging.

There is also a minor patch that will be given to *MAFIA* members if you want to see the cages that are surrounding the special pack. (available in *MAFIA* members forum)
If there are any problems with the map then report them to an admin please :)
Admins, feel free to change the map on the 1.61...it does not always have to be on MAFIA_MAYHEM.

The Mafia patchswitcher is not working for me. When I double click on it on the desktop, it gives an error saying something like cannot execute. Then when it does open, i try to either click on the app or extract it and gives another message sometimes saying did not copy to clipboard. What do i do? does it need to be updated.
P.S. The map is awesome. I was playing it and was the only one on there, but it was still really cool Great mods. good job.

Thanks Balth. It worked great. I also downloaded the Mafia Server Tool 2.1, which also works well now.

Suggestion - can we add the *MAFIA* Mayhem map over to Misfit's server?
Almost none of you play 1.61, and the people who do play it almost never come to this forum. Hence, they are not able to download the map. People are just now starting to show up on the 1.61, and I don't want it to have to switch to that map and the population goes to 0. I think if we put it on Misfit's, more people would play it because they know about it and they'd have the patch. It would just make more sense.

well it is misfits server so he should decide. I don't have a problem with it. The reason it is on the 1.61 is because there is usually NO BODY on it what so ever. yeah it may get like 3 or 4 people on it once in a while but i've never seen more than that.

But the people playing on the 1.61 are a lot nicer (thats what I think). I mean the 1.6 people can only bitch about getting owned and stuff, with people on the 1.61 you can actually play the game normal. (This probebly doesn't make sence to anyone of you though, lol)

Thats because the people who are intelligent enough to download the 1.61 are either used to getting owned or are just good players.

Nothing is "wrong" with it being on 1.61. If the people who played that server came to this forum and downloaded it, that'd be fine. But almost NOBODY who plays the 1.61 ever comes here, so there's no point in having it on the 1.61. Its harder getting people to come/stay on that server.
The people who come to this forum play 1.6, so I logically concluded it'd be better served on Misfit's server, which is 1.6. There will be many more downloads for *MAFIA* Mayhem if you hosted the map, and it'll be a time of fun and laughter for all, instead of a time of silence on the 1.61.
