Title: Resolution problem
Post by: Carnage on September 11, 2008, 06:49:12 AM
Alright, I used to have a resolution of 1650 x 1050 on my monitor, I have a Acer AL2216W 22".

It always worked fine, I had a nVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT and I upgraded it too a nVIDIA GeForce GTX280.

And 'till now it worked smoothly, no problems.
But about an hour ago, I turned on the PC and the monitor had a resolution of 1360 x 768, and the largest resolution is 1600 x 1200, wich doesn't look nice on my monitor.

Now I also tried to change it too 1650 x 1050 with the nVIDIA Costum resolution, but it keeps going back too 1360 x 768.

I don't know what to do, and Google only gives me products of the GTX280 and my monitor.

Please help me... I'm so frustrated!

PS. I also tried downloading the new Driver of nVIDIA, and nothing.
