Hi.
So uh, basically I have come to the conclusion that our current hosting company, Escaped Turkey is very homosexual. Basically, they recently decided to upgrade their servers and move over to some magicfoshizzle server pwning lollercaust company that runs better servers - or something.
The point is that our current server is going to be shutdown on Oct 1st and Escaped Turds doesn't have a new IP for us and the guy that runs the company isn't being very responsive. The plan was that everybody who has a server right now will be moved over to the new server and will be given a new IP address, while the server with the old IP will be shut down. It is already Sept. 30 and we don't have the new IP address.
So uh, what I wanted to ask is what are some other hosts we could possibly rent from for BF1942/DC.7 and BF2? As you may or may not know, we're a dirt cheap clan at the moment. Cheap server, free forum...living off the crumbs of donations...we're not very liberal with the cash-money. We are currently paying $25 a month and we'd like to stay at that figure within a $5 increase.

There is not much that cheap escaped turkey is the cheapest one I have ever seen, adminsonly was also cheap but they no longer offer servers, you can drop them a line and see if they will hook you up http://www.adminsonly.com, other than that I can not help you.

Go with http://mammothgames.com, they are the parent company of admins only. And admins only will most likely never come back online, we dont have the time nor energy to manage those customers along with mammothgames. So dont bother waiting for Admins Only to offer servers again.
Also...This is where I shake my ass and try to get a sale:
-New full featured control panel.
-Lots of packages and free stuff.

I think your Sarcasmo-Detector is teh broek.
As for our server's current status:
- Escaped Turkey said they will continue to operate its old servers until all the new ones are converted.
- Our server, as of right now, is down...for some apparant unknown reason.
- We still don't have a new IP address.
In fact, EscapedTurkey has became so annoying, that me and Blacksheep are looking into starting our own damn hosting company. We've been looking all around about the possibility of either renting a high-end business server or just buying a few systems, dragging in a T3 (or OC-1 :)) line and running DOA from there (as well as rent out our servers and bandwidth).
Then we'll invade Poland.

I don't know anything about this company, their servers, their service, or their bandwidth, since I didn't take the time to look into it. However, they have really cheap unmetered dedicated servers (besides the setup fee, which is pretty steep).

I see that most mafia members are agrudgingly supportive of DOA. I would love to settle this on one of your BF2 servers.
