You guys can make jokes all you want, you are entitled to that and I'll respect your opinions.  I just don't see what makes any of us so perfect that we can try to bring someone else down.  Maybe he did things he shouldn't have, maybe he didn't...  Generally speaking, we've all made mistakes, and we all deserve forgiveness.

He was one of the greatest entertainers ever.  People grew up to his music, and they want to remember that and remember him.  I just watched the 2 hour memorial service, here are some clips for those of you who missed it, and/or those of you who care:

i watched the memorial too.  the news anchors or whatever were talking about how everyone is making a big deal of it because they use it to get away from other problems like the economy and north korea and all that. i guess thats kinda true.

He may have been a great entertainer, but that's not what I care about. I care about the fact that his funeral cost LA about $4 million. That money is coming not from the Jackson family, but from the city. Why should the city have to pay for this? Sure it's important for some people, but I believe the majority doesn't think so.
