Remember this:

He came to this land as a boy, a boy looking for his purpose. His family said his purpose was to achive a good life. A life of joy and peace, the peace they sell in books. The boy looks across the desert, looking for the enemy, the enemy he was told to kill. Waiting for the order to be given that would send thousands of young men to their deaths.

The wait of the first shot, a shot that would cost many lives to be ruined here, and at home. All the mothers, fathers, wifes, children. That would never see their son, husband, father again. The thought of all the voices of pain where a war in it's self.

I sit and talk to my brothers, my second family, about their lives at home about their kids. Some kids themselves, I sat and wondered if I would ever see them again. If it would be them or me, I tried not to think about it but the smell of fear was to great.

This boy, became a man with fear, fear of never seeing my family again, my kids, my parents.

The moment hade come, the first shot. The shot that doomed many young lives. We sat and watched the missles fly over us, and we wondered how many of their families where going to react the same as ours.

We, me and my brothers sat and watched the first wave leave out. We sat and watched the second wave move out. We awaited our fait the call to arms. That call came with the summons of the third wave, we got our gear and headed off to the unknown. Not knowing what lies before us...
