So far, I've gathered that this is a gay film where Hitler and Bush are lovers who get the AIDs in Iraq. Fascinating. Can't wait to see it now!

How does the movie end?
does everybody go into democracy or what?

Bush dies from the AIDs and Hitler starts a relationship with Sadaam. Sadaam isn't as good of a lover as Bush is, but he can provide the life that Hitler wants. It's quite touching.

Homosexuals are kidnapped and imprisoned, used as lab rats, killed via AIDS.  V is one of them (a homosexual), blows up the prison/laboratory, and holds a vendetta against the government.  Blah blah blah.

That's how I CHOSE to view it.  I don't actually know what it's about other than a rehashed 1984 story.  I was high when I saw it, and killing off homosexuals with AIDS made a lot of sense to me at the time.  Not that it's an appealing idea - it's not - It's just how I made sense of the movie.  Thinking about it in relation to President Bush could possibly the puniest interpretation ever.  Talk about boring yourself to tears.
