How long do you think Battlefield 1942 will last before no one play anymore? I notice less people get on 1.6, on Saturday there were only 82 players online. I guess I need to upgrade my comps and get the newer Battlefields 2142 and the other games. Lots of people come to server though some left to 3vo cause no mods, but I guess the *MAFIA*1.6 server will last for some years hopefully. Also any other server you got on Battlefield 1942... 1.61 server.

I always look back to Starcraft, which came out in 1998 (I think).  People are still playing that, its easy to find servers.  Battlefield came out in what, 2002?, and yes, I've noticed a lot fewer servers and players, but still, I think it'll just keep going for at least a few more years, if not longer.

it survived vietnam bf2 and bf2142 so i guess people will be playing it for some more years
