He shouldn't have gone from an A+ (106%) to a C+ just for missing one day...there must be more to the story.  Things like this should be settled in the school rather than in court.  Noobs.

Unless maybe the student knew he was fucked. If he was fucked then he might have had better chances by bringing in the media bias to take his side as it usually would after not paying attention to details. First to cave if it gets big enough.
