Hey i have a problem with Bf1942. Everytime i try to take illusion off my buddy list he pops back on somehow. (The only reason im taking him off is because im trying to get it *MAFIA* only on my Buddylist)

When you downloaded the *MAFIA* Buddylist, make sure you save it under the folder with your *MAFIA* Partyboy account on it.  You might have put it into the wrong folder...

Okay i found out that its not the illusion that is on are forums. its a different one and i have no clue how he got there. But where do i save the *MAFIA* Buddylist. so far i saved it under my profile name but in that file there is also a controls file do i save it in that one?

Well it doesn't matter exactly where you save the WINRAR file.  You can put it in any Battlefield folder, desktop, wherever.  But once its downloaded, you must find it, double click it, and install it.  It'll automatically put it in the folder you select.

Go to C drive, Program Files, EA Games, Battlefield 1942, Mods, bf1942, Settings, Profiles, and THERE is where you'll find which name you have your *MAFIA* name under.  Make sure when you install the Buddylist, it extracts it into the correct folder.

If you do this, you'll have no problems.  I think maybe you are downloading the file and not running it?  Let me know if you need more help...

okay im pretty sure i got it becuase my name came up green when its normally not. so now i just have to wait till illusion come backs on. thanks for the help beetle and daddy :)

know he's new to are server its no the iLLUSiON thats on are forums with the caps.
