your eyesight does get better if you work them more but that means they will also get weaker (than usual) when you age.  or so i hear.

LOL... All video games increase better eyemovement specially when there objects moving around on screen. Your eyes should get weak from just aging but don't forget it could be set on if have diabetes or bad eyesight from start.

 
Gears of War a fun game but to easy I beat hardcore and Insane in 4 days.

it helps with the hand eye cordination, and it will help you sight by you recongizing smaller obljects.  And in case noone says it this thread masebot kill yourself.

yeah it may help vision but it also hinders socialization, increases aggression, makes you fat, decreases attention span, and so on
