Thank you for this excellent depiction of how your weekend went. I see you paid a pirate to jizz on you for money. You forgot to change "my" to "your". FAIL.

Fairly accurate description of my weekend. Spent Friday and the whole weekend studying for 3 tests this week.

Yeah I hear ya lol. Thats a good one actually. How to explain to someone who is not in college what it is like studying for countless hours and burning up a weekend: It's like paying a pirate to jizz on your face.

ok I don't care if you flame me, send complaints, negative rep me or what ever, but I think Scooby should have admin, i am not saying all of it, but at least the ability to change maps, report players, and save logs, but i don't think it would be wise for him to have kick and ban you know what i mean, i know you do.

Anyways I bet we all agree, probably even Scooby that a troll doesn't need admin, or if you don't know what happens, expect the ban list to be full, everyone on it, and yeah, but this is just my honest opinion so flame me, complain to me, negative rep me, I don't care, Under the First Admendment to The Constitution I have The Freedom Of Speech, I go by it even online, but Some times i get the feeling some people don't even care about the rights that should be everyone's, For Fuck Sake, The U.S. Won its independence, fought war after war winning and knowing when its time to leave, but for fuck sake its not like the U.S. is God, an enemy of us you may call a goon, but that goon's just like you and me, so by God you better think twice before trying to put me down, I may seem weak and small, even young, but I will stand, fight, even die for my country, and if you want to keep this up, by God i will fight back, I may try with words, by game, but if I meet you in real life and your on the enemy's side then by God you better wish I don't have a gun with me, I don't hesitate, I never Retreat unless I have to, I never surrender, I do what I have to do, survive, keep my team alive, and make it back, I leave no one behind, but when a time comes when I have to do something I will probably die doing it, I will do it, without a thought, Real Life isn't a game, You hesitate you die, Its not like a game where you die and respawn, you only have one life will you waste it or spend it well? think about that, its a question that everyone has to think about, if I go to war I either die on the front lines or come back shooting, and survive to get back, I will either bring my team back, they come back without me, or we all die together, No one gets left behind, and i mean it. I live by these words, I live by my life, I survive, keep my team alive, or I die trying, but no one under my command will ever die unless I can't save them, its either the enemy that dis or you when you hesitate, think is that buldge a concealed gun or just a sandwitch, don't take that chance, search him, if you go into a building and you don't know what to expect, think tactically, look all around, its best to check behind you once in a while, listen for the sounds of foot steps, the sounds of weapons clanking, equipment being bumped againist each other, remember what your there for, don't let them get you, In video games doing these things gets you killed, but like i said a video game is not real life in a video game you think outside the box, in real life you think smart, tactically, like a human, and think like an enemy, and maybe you live and your team lives to get back.

6 things

1. The Constitution everyone has to follow that lives in America.

2. This is an American website even if its private, there are rules.

3. Admins have to follow those rules.

4. On a server even if its yours, There are still rules to follow.

5. There are rules to follow on Ventrillo too.

6. If you have a problem use these following steps to solve it:

A. Get out of America.

B. Get a non American website.

C. Stop Playing American Bf3.

D. Since you aren't in control of these forums and you change change the site I advise skipping B and do A C and E.

E.  Stop using Ventrillo.

And thats the end of it.

Coversation about This ended Either decide to follow or get out.

No this is not a command, just giving you honesty if you don't like it having rules and being this way tough luck, either get used to it or leave thats really the only options there are in this matter.

Do not get mixed up with this being a command when its not.

Community rules

This document is designed to clarify various responsibiliti es of community members here at www.phpbb.com. Please read it and become familiar with it as its terms are retroactive and agreed upon by team and group members.
1.
Forum rules
a.Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning (see policing below). #
b.Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning. #
c.Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Please use the “post report” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly “act” as moderators may be warned. #
d.Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning. #
e.Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed. #
f.Members are asked only to post in English, as this is an English speaking community. Localised support is available at the international support sites. #
g.Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline () image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed. #
h.Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be warned. #
i.Members should use an appropriate, descriptive subject when posting a new topic. Examples of bad subjects include; "Help me!", "I'm stuck!", "I've got an error!", etc. Examples of good subjects include; "Getting an TABLE FULL error upon login", "Cannot restore a backup", etc. #
j.Members are welcome to use the test forum for general "test purposes". These may include checking signatures, testing a link or image, etc. (subject to previous points on decency, warez, etc.). #
k.Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering hosting services (charged and free), installation services, solicitation etc. Recruiting members for your own projects (moderators, designers, professional MOD work, etc.) is not permitted and is also considered spam. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. See specific item on spam and 3rd party linking for more information. #
l.Members are asked to not disclose to any 3rd party, board, or list any vulnerabilitie s in phpBB before first notifying the developers. You should submit all finds to our security tracker. Time should be allowed for us, at least 3 working days wherever possible, to respond. #
m.The moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit, remove or put on moderation queue any post at any time. Please note that currently any very first post is automatically placed in the moderation queue and will be approved/disapproved according to the present Rules. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users. #
n.The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging. #

2.
Signatures
a.Signatures may contain up to five lines of text (of small or normal size) and/or one image, valid combinations include; a single image of no more than 60px high, 468px wide and 6KiB (6144 Bytes) in size. Signatures containing an image this large may also include one line of small size text. Signatures containing an image of 30px high may include up to three lines of small size text or two lines of normal size text. Images of 15px height or less may allow up to three lines of normal size text or four lines of small size text. Animated images are not allowed. Remote signature images must have a consistently high availability to avoid removal. Limit on image filesize prevents detrimental effect on forums page load speed. #
b.Text sizes should be between 75% and 100% (small and normal). Text in signatures is subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, warez, emoticons, and so forth. #
c.Links in signatures are permitted to a maximum of four unique pages or sites. phpBB Team members are allowed additional links to aid in rendering support for phpBB. Such links may only be to *.phpbb.com or approved material. Linked sites may be commercial in nature. You may not include links in a way which suggests you offer official support, software, etc. for phpBB. You may not link to warez, porn, racist or other similar hate sites. Links are included in signature size limits. #
d.Users abusing these rules will be warned. #

3.
Avatars
a.Users are permitted to utilise a gallery avatar or to link to one of their own (subject to previous points on misuse of bandwidth). User defined avatars are to be no larger than 120 pixels square, contain no animation, contain no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here (e.g. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of team members), may not exceed 12KiB (12288 Bytes) in filesize. Remote avatars must have a consistently high availability to avoid removal. Limit on image filesize prevents detrimental effect on forums page load speed. #
b.Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, and so forth. #
c.Users abusing these rules will be warned and/or may lose their avatar privileges #

4.
phpBB Product Support
a.Official packages released by the phpBB Team and available through this website are given the highest allocation of support resources. Very limited support will be offered for phpBB related packages downloaded from other websites, including repackaged versions of the software. Primary support should always be sought from the distributors of the product that you are using. #
b.Likewise, specific questions regarding the setup or usage of PHP, MySQL, Apache, Linux, etc. are outside of this website's scope. If the vendor's website does not provide a means of resolving your issue, the next best choice would be a discussion board that specialises in server setup and configuration. #
c.Support will not be offered for any pre-"Release Candidate" version of the software. This includes unstable versions obtained through version control as well as official Beta packages. #
d.Members are strongly encouraged to install the phpBB software themselves by following the instructions in the installation guide. We may need to ask you detailed questions about the installation of your board, even if it was deployed by a third party. #
e.Community based support is offered via the board and IRC. We ask that you do not contact Team Members or other members of the community for support via PM/IM/email unless asked to do so. Likewise, it is not necessary to notify us of new replies to your topic; all members of the staff regularly monitor their respective forums for new posts. #
f.Please take note of any stickies and announcements (located above regular topics) as they often contain frequently asked questions and additional forum-specific guidelines. #
g.Bumping a topic (replying directly after your own post) is only permitted after six hours have elapsed. Priority is generally assigned to topics in chronological order, so excessive bumping will result in longer wait times. #
h.Please remember that phpBB is Open Source Software, provided and supported by a team of volunteers. All members of the staff and community are assisting you during their spare time with only your gratitude as compensation. We ask that you consider this before posting. #
i.In addition to rules 1d, 1e, etc., no support will be provided for any site suspected of illegal activity, including copyright violation. #
j.Members who maintain a localised (non-English) Support Forum and wish to have their website added to the International Support page should send a private message to the IST Manager for consideration. #

5.
Support of MODs, Styles, etc. and linking offsite
a.If the author of a Mod, style, etc. maintains their own support board (or uses someone else's board) they may direct users to that board or site for the purpose of offering support and/or updates to their Mod/s. Alternatively authors may maintain a topic here at www.phpbb.com (in the appropriate forum) for each item they produce, directing users to that topic where appropriate. Such topics are intended for support only and not for general promotion of non-phpBB product, sites, and so forth. #
b.Members may include or post links to 3rd party sites in an effort to render support for phpBB in response to a support request (including requests for Mods not available at this site). Members are not permitted to post links to material unrelated to phpBB or where linked material is not relevant to a given support request. #
c.General linking (within posts) to other sites is generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made where links are being offered in a "support context" for non-phpBB related questions. Acceptable support contexts may include (but are not limited to): problems with non-forum 3rd party software, hardware, and so forth. Unacceptable support contexts include requests for hosting providers, questions and discussion of alternative fora systems, and so forth. #

6.
Show Off
a.phpBB no longer provides a general forum or other solution for users to promote or show off their sites. Consistent with Rules 1k, 5b and 5c users may not promote or show off their sites through their own posts. Such posting constitutes spam and may lead to a warning. Users or other persons wishing to advertise at www.phpbb.com should read our advertisement information. #

7.
Policing
a.phpBB operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days. #
b.Arguing with team members after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a temporary ban will be put in place as above. #
c.Users who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact the relevant team leader, e.g. if warned by a moderator you should contact the Moderator team leader. If they feel you were treated badly they remove a warning. #
d.Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban or other moderator action will lead to a permanent ban of your account(s). Circumvention includes re-registering or using an already registered account under a non-banned username. Other examples include changing IP addresses, using a new email account or other action that can be taken to evade moderator action to hide your identity as the owner of the sanctioned account. #
e.An exception to the three strike rule applies when users contact team members personally (via any method) and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban. #
f.Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While phpBB may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence. #

8.
Translation forums
a.In order to keep things understandable for our end-users, language packs are to be released through the languages download page only: we do not allow release topics in the Translations forums. These forums are meant for getting help with translation issues and finding users to co-operate on a translation only, not for releasing "duplicate" language packs or linking to external sources which contain such releases. #
b.Topics which were posted prior to the addition of a given language pack to our system but not relevant to this specific translation will be left intact but may be locked if we choose to. #
c.Applying for a translation should be done through the designated system on our languages page; posting a topic about this will not get you added and such topics may be removed. #
d.We would like to encourage collaboration between translators so please, if you see a topic about a translation you would like to work on, choose to co-operate instead of starting a competition. Topics of this nature will be locked immediately if we choose to. #
