how the [COLOR="Red"]hell[SIZE="7"][/SIZE][/COLOR] do i start a web page for a clan that isnt myspace of facebook anything like that?

1. look for a good web host
2. buy a domain from daddy.com for only 1.99
3. make a layout of what you want your site to do and look like
4. begin the site either in html, php, or whatever u want to make the site in(there are web page making programs out there e.g. yahoo sitebuilder, freewebs
5. upload to your webhost
6. done

Go buy V-bulletin to set up your forum, or get 'Free Machines Forum'. That last one is pretty easy to set to your own needs
