K, I was thinking about getting special forces so I can unlock the other weapons but Laaz said that my rank is too high (i'm a staff sergeant) to get any unlocks in sf. Swifty said that I can unlock the sf weapons though, and i've check players that have had higher rank than I long before special forces came out and they have all the unlocks.
So does anyone else know if I get SF will I be able to get ALL the unlocks for my STAFF SERGEANT ranked account?

You are a gunnery sgt. and im just going by this http://ubar.bf2s.com/ranks.php Once u make it to 2nd Lieutenant it doesnt say Unlock Available so im guessing that leaves u with 2 more unlocks.

For every Basic unlock you get, you get a SF unlock. If youve already had that basic unlock, you get to unlock the SF unlocks alittle while after youve been playing for awhile. LAst unlock is at Sergeant Major.

Yes Phantom... When you install SF you will get as many "new" unlocks as you have now.
The unlocks will happen as soon as you start SF after the install, I was at the same rank as you and that is what happen when I installed SF.

so let me get this straight, if i play with my old name (which is a gunnery sergant) and i have all those regular guns unlocked, i just play a little and get the rest of the SF guns? cause that would be cool, but extremely gay at the same time as i have been getting my new name up.

Being a Gunnery Sergeant you have 5 unlocks. So if you get SF you will be able to unlock ANY "5" of the SF guns OR you could unlock the the last of BF2 and unlock a few of the SF guns. LOL in any case you get to unlock 5 of something.That help?

My God use a towel or something when taking pics, lol... By the way your carpet isn't pink, say it is mauve. Mauve is the "mans" pink.

Hmm, now I have a questions, if you have bf2 (downloaded) with working key, will it then run SF if you buy that expension pack? or will it fuck up my battlefield 2?

SF should work for you boe because i believe the downloaded files go to the same destination on your computer as they would if you bought the game at a store and installed it.

but boe, before you go buy and install SF, put you damn BF2 game on a dvd. trust me.
