Blah blah blah...
So what the fuck do I do?
Also, what should I do to make sure I don't get another one? I occasionally download movies, I am more fearful now of what i am downloading... God forbid Adobe see how much of their shit I've pirated hahahaha

You downloaded Schindler's List? What are you, gay? I have a few friends who got letters like this from their providers, none are comcast. It seems to be going around.

Schindler's List is a brilliant and powerful movie. Does it make me gay if I'd fuck you in the ass? If so then, sure.

They send it to you when an IP holder tells them to. Basically, it means stop doing it and they give you a warning. Technically you have 3 warnings until they shut your service off, but more often than not they'll let you get to ~7 warnings (varies based on location, company, how much of a dick they want to be).
Also, lrn2pirate
If you insist on torrenting, limit your upload and set it to auto shut down on completion. Or be more a fag and follow one of Roshan's links to Warezbb and hope to God you'll find a working link. OR do it the right way and join a newsgroup/private tracker.

i got one of those last year for downloading transformers 2. you were just unlucky and got caught torrenting with a flagged dl link. listen to that offline said and you're fine.

Let me guess....publi c tracker eh?
Comcast doesn't care if you download. You are paying them for their service and they don't want to lose you as a customer. If the copyright company pushes really hard then Comcast will go after you. In most cases, it is too much hassle for both of them.
Warez-BB is nice if you want some crappy quality movie fast.
I'm part of a private tracker. Bluray encodes. Feels good man.

Nope. Demonoid.
Demonoid is public. Anyone can sign up. It's the same thing as The Pirate Bay but with a login screen.

I don't download movies just stream them; I watched Schindler's List like 2 months ago; didn't see it in a long time. Still have good quality link in bookmarks:

If I got a notice like that, I would call them and ask the what the fuck is it all about and then tell them to shove it up their asses!!!!
-
It's more undectable if you stream a movie instead of downloading it

Well you can sign up if you get an invitation.. I don't think they do open registration anymore.
I used to belong to a private tracker a while ago but I was only interested in DLing music and most of it they never had so I stopped using it.. Can't remember what it was called though.
What private tracker do you use?
I read this article: http://gizmodo.com/5475006/the-secret-world-of-private-bittorrent-trackers last week and am curious about this "Site X" and how to find it.
