Yes I "got" it but after many driver issues, I decided to revert back to XP. Nothing is in the same place as before. I'll maybe switch once there are driver updates for Vista.  Twisted, is there anything you found bad or couldn't do in there?

If y'all wanna know more about Vista, it's compatability and requirements - PC WORLD magazine had an In-Depth coverage of it last month, including all the different versions ( i.e.  home, pro, business edition, etc. ).  Go to their website and check it out.

P.S. Or you can use my invention, Google, to search for the exact article ;)

Use this http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/upgradeadvisor.mspx before you buy, it could stop you from pulling your hair out because of your hardware, drivers and programs that will not work with Vista.

I was surprised to see all I have is a 56k modem problem (good old days of needed that), that is IF you can trust the program. After all it is made by MS so they could feed you bull just so you buy Vista thinking you are all set to run it.

I never go with a new OS until 6+ months after it comes out if even then. I let everyone else find the problems, no reason at this time to drop a OS that is working just fine for me.

For those of you running a business and using Quickbooks.... Vista will corrupt your files.  Intuit has some kinks to work out.

Hey try this:  open like 10101025142542 0254205 windows, or like 5 just to make it look good, and then press the windows key, (the start button one on the keyboard that looks like a windows sign) and tab at the same time.  Dont hold on to tab, but hold on to the windows key.  Its called windows flip 3d.  It will put your windows into a 3d view and you can switch through them.  Also, you can use alt+tab and do that too, but instead of icons, it shows the windows.

Also if you use windows media player as one of the windows, it will actually play the live video/visualization.

This is, of course if you have windows vista premium/business/beta 2/rc1/rc2/ultimate!!

Enjoy
