For whoever takes care of this website... What website builder did you use??? I am trying to create a website that can post threads but so far I have been unsuccessful.

Take a look at PHP and HTML or even ASP.NET before you start delving into serious website authoring. But if you want a quick and shitty forum Invision Free has worked well for nibs.
