We have put into place a new support system for everyone's use. You can find the links at the bottom of every forum page and on the homepage. We are going to do our best to have someone on at all times to help you with what you need, but if nobody is available you will be prompted to send an e-mail and we will respond as soon as we can.
Also if you have a pop-up blocker please allow pop-ups from http://www.mafiaowns.com to ensure that the support system will function properly.
A side note for *MAFIA* members:
If the server is full and there is no admin on vent to make room for you, check the support system and someone will make room for you as soon as possible.
