Obama has chosen his VP - Joe Biden from Delaware.  I've actually briefly met that guy.  He spoke at my sister's graduation from the University of Delaware, and my mom and I spotted him in his car leaving the parking lot, and we talked for like 20 seconds.

Here's the story:
http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/08/23/biden.democrat.vp.candidate/index.html

So, that leaves McCain to choose his on August 29th, any guesses?

That's who I think it will be. Don't think it's a good choice though.

Romney, as much as i can't stand the guy, is really good at avoiding questions. I mean, the guys a master at it, he's just really fucking good at avoiding hot topic issues and changing the subject without anyone realizing it, McCain on the other hand blows at public speaking, and the guys got a temper too.

Let me make a prediction. McCain will select the female Governor from Alaska.  Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin
If you get a chance read her BIO. I was impressed. On top of that you she's not bad for the eyes as a past Miss Alaska contestant.

Did anyone see the speech by Obama at the DNC last night? It was a really good speech and he really hit McCain hard on some of the negative things McCain has said about him. I'm voting for Obama cuz I want change (you've probably heard this from everyone). I'm not sure about each individual state but the economy here in California is suffering badly. People might say that Obama is not ready to lead and that he is inexperienced, but that's exactly what the Republicans said to Bill Clinton back when he was running in 1992, and look what happened to the country. It was probably the best time we had under his leadership. Now McCain is not leaning towards any major change, thus a continuation of Bush's old ways. I'd rather take a chance and go for some change than no change at all.

This is not a knock on Obama but on all politicians..  Speech's don't mean anything.  Every politician give an inspiring speech on how they are different to get elected but once they are elected then they turn into the typical Washington CORRUPT politician.  I mean that for both parties.  Normally people don't run for office to become corrupt but the political system will eventually corrupt everybody.   Big Business owns this country plan and simple.

I do agree with you about the businesses, but I think that needs to start changing.

Also, McCain has picked Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin as his VP.
