just a simple banner a bit smaller than the mafia banner up on top.  
theme well just something that looks cool for the image host thing, so it won't look so plain.  Um writing on there just File Host somewhere in there.  and that's it. just make it look cool. have at it guys. oh yeah check it out. so it matches the new color.  http://www.thepcfixinguys.net/upload  k thanks.
