have you tried a System Restore to that point? (you'll have to reinstall everything else you installed after that point though), or did you get a new PC?, is it Vista?, Make sure in Properties its run as administrator, with no other compatability checked?, I don't know if I'm helping but I'll keep going, can you install it but then it just won't run when you click on it?, or when you try to join the internet did it not let you?, does it just crash?, is it unblocked on all your firewall(s)? Where does the problem happen? did you register the game on another computer?
