I skimmed it and saw repetitive use of "God" and "U.S." along with too many commas, so I'm guessing he was quoting the contradicting Constitution and claiming how great America is without any reference to how he (as a minor) doesn't even have any rights nor do they matter on the internet, amirite?

No this is not a command, just giving you honesty if you don't like it having rules and being this way tough luck, either get used to it or leave thats really the only options there are in this matter.

Do not get mixed up with this being a command when its not.

1.) correct, however if you ever took even the most basic of poli sci or constitutional law classes you would understand this is a private forum. For all intensive purposes this is north korea, and everyone with a *MAFIA* tag is Kim-il sung. If you do not like it, the door is


2.) There are rules that we must abide by, but not the united states government rules, the rules of our server host. Those being ones that fall in line with the government in which it resides and which we are members. The only rules i can think of off the top of my head are A.) No child porn under any circumstance (this is both a host rule, forum rule and a governmental issue) B.) no showing of porn to those that both do not wish to see it and are under the age of 18 (or the majority in which they reside).

3.) Yes, but not the rules you are trying to say, if you feel your rights have been infringed upon on our private forum, please, call your congressman and see how far that gets you.

4.) Only those that do not break the tos/eula of our host and the game maker, nothing in line with the constitution, which i feel you are bringing up. (see #2 for more information) Other than that, WE make the rules.

5.) That we have set, frankly, our ventrilo servers rules are basically nonexistent.
