Hey guys, I would like to try join the MAFIA clan
because I like it and I think there are people who dont like me, i dont know why, so I would like know why ?
I was a mafia rookie but you kicked me because phantom and milky way, were mad about me !
So I would like to try rejoin . Thx guys !!!

Good Luck Ricardo, Maybe you guys should just think about it, he is a nice guy overall, he just needs to get better at english, he gets his words mixed up, hes always active on the forums, and on ventrilo..

I will not recosider nothing that has to do with Ricardo. He is a clan hopper which shows he cannot commite. He is younger then 16 and I know exceptions have been made, but they were mature. He is far from it. I am sure he has some good qualities, but at the moment I cannot think of one. What can he offer Mafia???? What can he do to help us get our name out as being a great clan, and a force to be reconned with? Everyone in Mafia has a certain something that stood out, and it was something positive. Be it, owning in a game, modding, and the list goes on. What does Ricardo have? That is the question I have been wondering since I have started back and forth with this Ricardo. Contrary to what people may think, I don't have a personal issue with the kid. I do what I do on the forums for entertainment. I also know alot of other people do it as well. But, tell me, what can he offer Mafia?

Another person to play our server, get on our ventrilo, post on our forums...he's more active than at least 1/3 of the clan. He's not bad in battlefield, I've been playing with him the past week or two and he knows what's up. I don't see him causing any problems with any members unless provoked. He's mature, especially for his age, and the only time he flames/starts drama is when you guys say something to him first.
I'm not going to fight for him to join, because I know that more than 50% of you will vote no, but I just wanted to answer Hellraiser's question of what good he can do. He's what we are looking for, just someone who wants to play games and have fun. He clan hops, yeah, but that is only because he hasn't been able to join *MAFIA*, his "dream" - come on guys, this is the place where dreams come true. Ha, what? Anyway, ask yourself this question...wha t BAD can he do for the clan?

Hellraiser, you will be EXTREMELY suprised, on how popular ricardo is on battlefield, i admit, he can play actually really good, MAFIA reputation isnt huge, compared to what it used to be, because of the server, Not many ppl seem to wanna join mafia as much,

IMO, i think ricardo would make a great mafia member because, hes ricardo :P

I agree with Beatle.
Other than the problem of what he might do if he gets access to patches, which Loaded already answered in the vote thread that we don't have to give them to him, I think it's fine. Who knows, maybe we can change him for the better once he is in the clan. I think that if he hangs out with more mature people, he will start to become that way too, slowly but possibly. And his English might even get better if he is in a place where everyone talks in English. One needs exposure in a language/environment to truly understand the language, no?
So basically to sum it up, I think we would be helping him as a person if he were to become a part of this clan.

To Beatle: What bad can it do? Did you read the other thread about this subject. I know only a few people have joined in this thread, but I see the same out come already. Don't you? He has never tried to change, like Excowear did. He got all butt hurt when he didn't get in, but then he left for a while and gathered his thoughts, and came back mature and ready to get to work. That is why he got in. Ricardo has never taken a break and gathered his maturity. I know I say this alot but, I know I spam, but I want you to point out at least 5 threads that he posted in, besides the Birthday ones, that made any sense or had any releviance to the topic. All his post are, "lol, rofl, lmao, noob, racist" Or something along those lines. Just so I wasn't going to be proven wrong, I started to go through Ricardo's post. After about page 5 I started getting bored, cause it was all the same shit. Then I skipped around just to make sure, and it was still the same shit.
To Blackout: I am sure he is popular in BF. I mean, when you have been in every clan out there you are bound to make atleast one or two friends there. I have never played with him in game, that I can remember. And if I did, apparently nothing stuck out in my mind cause I am always looking for good players. I know that people aren't trying to get into Mafia anymore. We started out as a BF42 clan if I am not mistaken, and it really looks like that game is dieing. We are trying to branch out, and have discussed that in other areas that you can't see yet. What do you mean, someone threaten to hack the site unless we let him in? Are you talking about Ricardo, or was it on an older thread???

I would like join mafia because There are lot ppl taht i know who kind with me and cool And it will be 3 years since I tried to get mafia.I was a clan hopper because I think it is cool to know people and speak with them on ventrilo while playing Battlefield with them...If they speak English, it is beneficial for me because it helps me learn English better.

I am who I am. I wouldn't change for 2 ex wives why the fuck would I change for a french kid on the internet. I keep it real, and I say it how I see it. Ricardo, I am not saying you are a bad kid. As for your clan hopping to meet new people, I ain't buying it. I have met alot of people just in game, and I have only been in 1 major clan, and 2 minor clans in the whole 3-4 years I have been playing. Actually I did like what you posted before Beatle. That has got to be around 1 of the top posts you have posted on any forum. Oh and Beatle, if you are trying to count his serious posts that one doesn't count. It was after the fact.

Yes I read the other thread, I'm the one who posted the link. I agree, the same outcome will happen. There are some people who weren't in *MAFIA* when we had that vote, as well as people in *MAFIA* then who are out now. And then some people might have changed if they want Ricardo in/out since then, but not many. It seems like everyone has already made their decision, and they're not willing to change, maybe some will budge a little, so this will probably be a repeat of that vote thread, just for public to see I guess.

I have found the threads you asked for, but his English wasn't "perfect" so you might say they don't count. I understood what he was trying to say, and it was on topic. I'll PM them to you if you wish, but I don't want this to turn into a "prove it" thread, or even an arguement over who's right/wrong. The threads I've found will just turn into you saying its spam and me saying its not. This thread is basically just people sharing their opinions on Ricardo joining *MAFIA*, and there will be little factual evidence of anything.

So you're not changing, but you want Ricardo to? That's not "fair." Ricardo is just like you, he keeps it real and says it how he sees it. He's just different from all of us. That's what makes him unique and a good addition, he has character.
Basically, to sum up what is "bad" with him joining, according to you, is because he hasn't taken a break to gather his maturity (how is he immature?), and he spams some topics (so do you and me and plenty more). We can easily just tell him to stop the one-liner "lol" or whatever, which some *MAFIA* members still do. These things can be fixed, and I don't think they're huge problems to begin with, at least not big enough to deny him into the clan.
Also, another thing I forgot to mention about him doing good for the clan is that he makes sigs when people ask for them, which is very cool.

Well it seems we are pissing in the wind, so guess we need to put it up to vote and see what happens. Like I said in that old thread, if he gets in, then I will accept it. I won't bitch, complain, or moan. I will still be how I am with him. Also, I don't think he should change. I never said that. I was just refering to what he said about me not changing. I am a 32 year old man, and I am set in my ways. He is still a young kid and hasn't found his way just yet. That is all I was saying. So if he get his rookie status again, so be it. Then we will see in a month and let the vote show what the outcome will be. I think it will be the same. I am wondering if the same people who stood up for Ricardo stood up for Pepper when everyone said he was annoying. The difference is, Pepper had a lot more to offer with his modding and possiable knowledge of how to create hacks.

Well you said you have nothing personal against him, you just do it for entertainment, so you can still be "how you are"
I stood up for Pepper, as I do with most Rookies who are somewhat active and aren't a huge threat to harm our clan.

I have no problem with Ricardo being in *MAFIA*. He is a bit annoying, more so his retorical posts, but at least he plays the game (rather good too), gets on vent, and participates on the forums, which is rare for a lot of the mafia members themselves...

I honestly don't have a problem with ricardo as long as he NEVER SINGS AGAIN IN VENT. Dune's music is bad enough ;). Once i see him ingame more hes got my vote.

I've got nothing against you personally but I've tried having a confersation with you on numerous occasions and didn't get anywhere. It was like "do you like chocolate" "yes I like chocolate" "I live in a house" "I live in a house too". I know alot of clans never even speak to other members apart from in game chat. But what I think makes *MAFIA* special is because we actually do talk to each other. Plus what can I talk to you about even if you could speak English? toy cars? school? Its never gonna happen. I wish you'd forget about us and move on. You'll probably totally misinterpret this post and say something that makes absolutely no sense as always which proves my point.
