Assembling the system is not a problem. Even if you are a n00b. LAWL, but configuring the system is a different story. In your case Kraut I would go with Alienware (http://www.alienware.com/), they have pretty colors which i'm sure you would enjoy and they have some uber leet shit you can configuring them with.

Liquid cooling doesn't cost a lot here. I can get a set (with everything in it) to cool my proccesor for like 120 euro's. And then you can get some upgrade kit for your videocard. So it isn't that expensive.

But DAMN kraut, you rich son of a bitch ;) !   lol 4000 on a pc? it would have like 4 GB of ram, 2 GB of videocards, lol. Man that could be one awesome machine!

*me = jealous*

Well then buy all the shit from newegg, then dump all the parts in the case. Then smack it a few times with the trusty mallet. And volla! you have an uber elite nazi pwning machine!

If I was going to build one from the ground up and wanted to get everything from the same place, I would go to tigerdirect.

$ 4000 US Dollars?? You must be crazy Kraut. Over here in Holland, if you where to buy the best stuff available on the market in parts and put it together yourself. You wouldn't need anywhere near that amount of money man.
