So every time I start up my CP I get 2 dll errors. How do I go about fixing them? One of them says it is from my documents. It slows down my cp something awful.

They are
C:\WINDOWS\OJOWUTILESOLASIW.DLL
C:\WINDOWS\kylemin~1\Locals~1\APPLIC~1\openca~!\{C4399~1.DLL

Are you running any AV software? That first one looks like a random filename, which is usually not a good sign.

Wrong CP.

Disable both in startup.
Windows Key + R, 'msconfig', startup tab, uncheck items if they exist within this listing. (extend 'command' field to view full file name)
Also, Waffle is correct, the first is a random file name which more than likely indicates an infection. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for you!
