i'm not that hostile, I don't wish any ill will towards an ex.

Might sound shallow but I usually avoid committing to a full relationship, instead just move in for the kill, and bail.

Instead of hating her, you need to gain the upper ground so she hates you more than you hate her. My advice would be to either: 1. Take her on a date, get her drunk, then get laid.  When you are railing her from the back, take it out and shove it in her ass hard as hell while saying "GOT'CHA BITCH!" Then grab your clothes and run out the door. Or, 2. Sleep with her best friend. Follow either of those two rules and afterward you don't have to hate her because you know you got the best of her. Good luck.
