Title: Another recommendation

This is my first recommendation, so tell me if I'm going about this in the wrong manner. I'm recommending Sgt. Pennywinkle (Penis Wrinkle). Keep in mind I told him I would give him my recommendation before the whole "Viper" thing. He's a goofy little bastard, but a damn good player. I think he would make a good addition to the clan.

I haven't gotten application from a person with that name.

They must fill out a app and put your name in the spot for “Recommended By”. Filling out an app is how I / We weed out the ppl that CAN’T follow instruction, those type of ppl we don’t want in MAFIA.

If this person did fill out a app and didn't do it right or didn't send it, then the IP has been banned for 1 month (can't follow instruction). They MUST wait untill the IP is deleted from the ban list to try again.
