I didnt make this I just found it.

Simple really, just look at the front of the car and you should see a ghostly white mist, dont skip anything just keep watching the film, here it is. Turn your sound up a little, you even hear the camraman whispering about it at the end.

(Not for the weak hearted)

Haha, that's actually a commercial that they aired in Germany for an energy drink. Never fails to give me a little jump, lol

i didn't watch it but i can guess what it probably is just because tomdj said "turn your sound up."  Therefore I have concluded that it is a normal car commercial and all of a sudden a big scary face pops up on the screen with a loud scream.  Am i right?
