1.6 is running PB scans?

i have been Hardware banned from 2 servers that were 1.6 and they were punkbuster, i thought PB stopped scanning 1.6? does anyone know why i was banned? Also it banned me right when i pushed the Home button.

OUCH!  That sucks man.  I heard that they stopped scanning, but I don't think anyone knows for sure other than PB.  D'oh...

They did stop scanning 1.6 but that doesn't mean they didn't slip it back on to get more bans to show ea they are still needed.

I don't know much about this guys, but blakjax are you saying they can
detect if someone is using a publick hack and then ban or hardware ban
your ass for it, or where you using an aimbot??
