Probably some of you know this already, but!



Info:

This is my patchswitcher for BF1942 written in VB6 (dump-proof, window mode, easy to use).

Installation:

Download the file and run patchswitcher_ install.exe file.
The installation will begin. You can install it anywhere - program will ask you for the BF main folder path during the first run.

After installation start Patchswitcher from
Start/Programs/anyKey's Software/Patchswitcher.
Remember: DO NOT change versions while BF1942 is running.

First run of the program need to unpack some files,
but don't worry - my program will do it by his own. :)
If it seems to crash, wait some time - unpacking can take a while...

If you are running Vista, you HAVE TO run this program as administrator, otherwise program won't be able to copy anything or edit the registry.

This package was scanned by Kaspersky Internet Security 8.0 on the 31.12.08, so it's clean, but I STRONGLY reccomend you to scan it by yourself before installing to prevent future accusations in my direction, if you don't believe me...

I use *MAFIA*'s patchswitcher that Toby made.  Its more high-tech-looking.

Nope No Trojan Virus Amongst This..... Somes AnitVirus Softwear Is Recongising Binary Code As A Virus Not Sure Why It IS  ::)  But Yh Virus Free ;D
