How do you know she was pissed if the conversation was over?

I stopped talking to my mother years ago. It's something when you get older, look back and realize the way you grew up wasn't as normal as you thought. All I can say, make sure you break the cycle now, just don't let it go any farther then it has, learn from your life and make your children's life much batter then yours... You owe that to them.

Because she called my dad seconds later, and she did not have a happy or sad tone; I heard her yelling.

Also the only reason I am "trying" to patch things up is just for my sister's sake for her wedding in 3 weeks. After that all bets are off.

Anyone know how to block texts from a number? I can block calls, but I can't figure out how to block texts. The option to blacklist a number apparently doesn't block texts, only calls.

I have been getting aggressive/insulting texts from my mother for the past 8 hours. 27 total. Ranging from petty insults to trying to get me to hate my father based on a blatant lie. I haven't sent a single text/called her since the wedding.

I know I can block texts if people aren't in my contact list, by not blocking all texts that aren't in from someone in my contacts list, but otherwise if they are in my contacts list then I can't individually block texts from someone.

Did you figure it out?  When you block a number, texts should be blocked as well.  Call the phone company and ask.
