lightning is a ca state patrol officer. don't make him mad or he might come beat you.

the usa is becoming like other shit countries, where a cop can beat or shot you for no reason, then get away with it. it's about time people start standing up to abusive and power hungry cops.

but lightning is a desk jockey, and the worst he can do is shred some paper lol, love ya lightning!
