Oh come on, that is clearly a student's handwriting on that paper. I know there are some teachers who don't have the neatest handwriting, but not like that. And you think a college professor would pass that paper? No way. Usually professors say "meet me in my office" to discuss something, not after "class." And if you count the total number of negative points, I believe it is -52, which would be a 48-F. Also in college, there aren't A+, A, A-, etc. Its just the flat out letter grade of "A, B, C, D, or F." That play is something usually read in high school, not college. Yeah its funny, and I do believe there are people who would turn something like that in; but I still don't think its real. There's just way too many circles, corrections, and x's. College professors don't have time for that, and they don't even have to do that.
