" After the harsh events of yesterdays Hardcore Halloween at a small venue in Fredericksburg Virginia the Supreme Court has ruled out that moshing is in fact now an illegal sport. There is no telling how much this is going to affect the evergrowing 'hardcore community' but sources say this is going to hit young teens hard. This so called act of dance sent a young girl to the hospital yesterday missing several of her front teeth, others left bleeding, and as the night progressed the injury count quickly grew. The parents of the young girl who chose to remain anonymous had this to say, " I don't know where we went wrong or where the parents of these other children went wrong, but when you can no longer let your child go and see some local bands and hang out with her other friends without having to worry about her teeth being knocked out, then I just don't know what to do anymore." Other sources are reporting that violence of this maltitude has not taken place in such an extreme fashion before in this area, some said that they have reason to believe that alcohol played a serious role in the unnecessary injury that went on beneath the roof of KC's Music Alley yesterday afternoon and into late evening. No word yet if the young girls parents plan to press charges, but word has it that many other teenagers from the show have come forward to say that they will gladly testify to who was a part of the problem. A large dispute has arisen as many of the young men that were involved in the acts of violence have said to have been from out of state, and therefor the call for a trial is not going to be an easy one. The promotion company is now threatening these kids at their shows with bringing in larger bouncers who will work toward more crowd control, they had this to say," If kids want to be shit heads and throw chairs and tables and hurt people that are there for the music then that is their own choice, but if we find out who did it, they will have to be willing to pay for what they did." Although the Supreme Court has not made a final decision, there is alot of talk on the necessary actions that they feel they as a government need to make towards making places like this safe for children. Unpunished violence is nothing we as the US Government want to stand behind and support, therefore the correct actions to putting a stop to this ignorant sport or 'dance' will be taken very soon."
