i think it's the biggest sport event watched worldwide, other than the olympics.
for those of you who care, please don't crap on this thread if u don't like soccer, but i think, germany is gonna take it all.

I had a look at some odds. (This is hallander, balthazar gave me another chance)

Those odds I dont think are true. Germany has a good chance, but some of you do not remember the 5-1 victory England acheived against the Germans. Also that Wayne Rooney, the best English footballer at the present time, is now fit to play in his next game against Trinidad... Englands Morale is really high oddly.
But hopefully Germans will win this time, after all, we are hosting it.

Depends what there group was in the qulifiers.
Lets say:
Germany
England
USA
Russia
Where all in the same quilifying group, only the top two would go through.
So good teams could get knocked out
also lets say TOGO got:
Nigeria
Togo
T&B
Slovkia
So it was easy for them to get through, altough Nigeria where a good team

I was there, and I have a really bad throat because we had to do so much damn cheering at the end of the game. Pretty good game. They should put Germany, Poland, Czech republic and austria into the same group next time.
No fights, the police had to push us right out of there, the polish still had some spirit in them, only if everyone at the top loses, and they win there next game.

I agree that Germany should beat Italy, Germany is way too good for an Italian team that hasn't really had any competiton throughout the WC. The Portugal vs. France game will be a very good one, I am not sure of the winner but all I can say is that Portugal will give up a great fight, they beat England without one of their midfielders, Decko, and they were still able to knock off England in PK's. France will be very pumped up for this match, but for them is all comes down to if Henry has a good game and if Zidane is on like last game.
