that would be fun in theory, but no one would populate it. Believe you me, i have been lurking that forum forever and the one thing that everyone there HATES is server side modding.
People literally boycott servers with SSM, and all the people who play it online will only go on the WOLF gaming one and hslan server or TDP server. Anything with SSM, a thread is made on the FH forum, people figure out it isn't vanilla, BAM! No more players in the server.
BUT, if you guys were willing to host a 1.61 server that kept it completely unchanged (the maps are already really good, and all rifles are already one shot kill) then it might fill up, but if they see the name *MAFIA* they'll steer clear of it. They already don't like us.
the one great thing is that all weapons have realistic damages, so it doesn't take 15 shots from a .45 caliber tommy gun to kill somone like in BF1942, takes about 4-5 shots and they're down.
