That's fucking crazy, he calmly takes a sip of water and bang, something must have been seriously messed up with his life. Also how the hell did he get in a police holding cell with a loaded firearm? I feel sorry for police officers having to see that shit day in day out, maybe after a bit you grow numb to it but I doubt it. It's hard to say why he was there, maybe he did something so bad he couldn't live with it and to kill yourself like that it must have been pretty bad.

This happened in central California.  There is quit a long story behind it, but I don't remember the whole thing exactly.  The crazy thing, was that he was involved in an active shooting earlier in the day.  Sorry to say he was caught by the CHP and transfered through a few different departments hands before ending up in the interrogation room.  If I remember right he was actually middle eastern and not Mexican.  There is an idea out there that the investigator didn't end up getting shot because he got the guy a bottle of water and treated him with respect.  I can honestly tell you I see this video at least once a year.
