Misfit - Like Laz said, all you have to do is click the "Join" section on the top right of this page. That explains everything you need to know. As far as killing *MAFIANS* go, its up to you. We don't kill each other, and we like people who help us out and are team players. But some of us refer people who kill them a lot, so it could work out for you. It depends on the person.
For those of you still holding a grudge, I'll quote Misfit from one of his last posts that apparently some of you didn't read or didn't understand:

Yeah he messed up and tried to talk smack, but he admits he got owned and apologized for it. Personally, I think it'd be a good idea if he joined, he likes to have fun, and talks a little trash.
