Yeah I've looked forever and still cannot find how to change my time zone, as the current time it has for me is 3 hours off.  Someone help quick!

For the forums here?

Your Profile... "Modify Profile", then "Look and Layout Preferences", now look at the "Time Offset:". After you do the setting don't look at that time on that page, that time will always be the same, because that is the server time, just refresh the page and look to the left under your name, that now will be the correct time.
