Article in description.

The guy was in his car in the pouring rain when he saw some kids at a bus stop at the bottom of a hill. He started speeding up and when he got to the bottom, where the rain had pooled, he drove straight into it such that it would splash onto the children waiting for the school bus. He is being prosecuted for it!
