I checked, I don't have the web site/program I used for this guy.

This is nothing but a ping test (old program that I had back then) now that I went back to page one to see what I did. So any web base or program ping tester/tracer will do what I did here. http://network-tools.com  try that one... If the last hop is opened, then that computer is on line/active.
