That's a good one to learn on but within six months when you start to get the hang of double kick and the speed down that thing will fall apart. Unless... Question, do you play heels up or heels down? I'm guessing since you come from a taught background you plays heels down right? If so then you won't destroy your double kick ass quickly as others.

ill see whats more comfortable when playing fast. I want to learn how to jitter so i can play extremely fast.

if you play rock and you want to smash on your ride as well as tap it then get a 20 inch Zildjian A custom Ride

if you get something bigger like a 21 or 22 inch ride, you won't be able to use it like a crash...

relatively inexpensive and good sound!

Well im looking for something cheaper. I just want something that gives me the same feel. Its not for the drum set that i play on when i play for shit. Its just my practice one.

You wouldn't want a cast bronze cymbal then... much too expensive. Go with an entry level sheet bronze zildjian. The ZBT's and the ZHT's work well. You can find one here at a decent price.
