no, the new design actually has hydrolics, so when they see a plane coming they can just move out of the way! talk about pimp my building. it also lowers for cool effect.

Misfit your a jackass!!!  Your photo sucks and I am offended as an American that you can do something so stupid and senceless.  Obviously you agree with terrorism and think its ok to kill innocent people for no other reason than to express that you have no regard for life.  I hope you and/or your family are killed one day by terrorism!

By the way the two squares are the bases of the two towers and are going to be memorial sights for those who died.
