The singleplayer demo is out for anybody who wants to try it. I'm downloading it now, I'll post again after I've played it some.

Hmm, indeed it is. They said there will be some server problems through the 29th while they upgrade their shit. Try it again later I guess.

Well I just got done playing the demo. Like the F.E.A.R. demo, its only one level, but its still pretty cool. The graphics are really nice, and the gameplay is pretty cool too. It's really fast paced, lots of action. I might get it when it comes out, but F.E.A.R. is still at the top of my list ;).
