Oh em gee..
I was testing out the CoD4 hack. You dont even have to shoot at the guy and still kill him! Now if that doesn't make them mad, I dont know what will. I was in a match, just shot the floor not even close to the guy and it killed him LOL!
You also see "laser" type of things heading to you when someone is shooting at you. Grenades thrown create a sphere equal to the radius of the explosion, so you know how close you can be to it.
This hack is the best there has ever been. Nothing compares!
Here is a video. It also has an auto knife which will automatically knife someone if they are close.

Late reply, but Vista > XP by a long shot now. Maybe you should try it, tweak the controls and settings. I have never had my PC shutdown by errors or a blue screen. Only for overheating yesterday. (I'm on a gaming laptop) and it was pretty damn hot here yesterday which didn't help. Then from what I've been reading, Windows 7 > Vista.
