OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great news.  Charges dropped from TWO 2nd degree felonys assaults to ONE class A misdemenor with time served from the 40 days in jail I spent.  I walk free and clear in a month.

Congrats on the verdict Misfit. Now that you have priors any future issues are harder to plea bargain away.  Did you lawyer up or have a PD? Either way congrats again!
