Hi all! Since the forums went down again sadly, I decided just to make a new topic. I am willing to pay you guys via PayPal to host the *MAFIA* Battlefield 1942 server, just like Azurdos did a year ago. I really enjoyed playing on it at the time, and the server sided mods were the best. Ok, some info and a few questions:
I've decided to go with 15 server slots, that should be a good price, and if it gets popular, I will bump it up to say 20 slots
If I pay for it, will I get admin support? For example: Kick/ban players, change maps, etc?...

We'll look into it and let you know. Overall, it sounds good and shouldn't be a problem, but I'm not sure if they still host 1942 or what?

Oh yes, there are TONS of BF1942 servers still up and running, each get about 40-64 players constantly. However, there are still a few modded servers with flying/turbo jeeps and all that, but they don't compare that well with *MAFIA* bf1942 server. Thanks! Can't wait to play again :D

Yes sir I got it. You will have admin and it will be in the U.S. Give me tomorrow to get it set up and I'll give you more info. then. Do you want to join *MAFIA* while you're at it? I should be on ventrilo tomorrow afternoon to chat.

Thanks so much Beatlejuice! Well, I did try to join *MAFIA* back when Azurdos was paying for it, but Hellraiser trolled the shit outta me, so I just gave up. But it could be cool to join, so yeah sure :) Also I'm in vent right now, but you guys seem inactive

I want to put the Origin patch on it, but I want to make sure Jim is on ventrilo first and that it is compatible with his version, since he's paying for it...

Put the origin patch on, as I am using origin v1.61, it should still work. Unfortunately, I may not be able to get on vent this week because i'm busy, but if I have freetime i'll try it out, and let you know if it works or not

The Origin patch has been added and people should be able to get on it now. Next time you're on ventrilo let me know, and I'll test out the BOT mods.
